I tested rotator cuff strength on Forge's athletes today. Fill this out and I'll email your athlete's numbers, plus what I'd recommend, within 72 hours.
Today covered 2 of the 10 measurements in a full athlete assessment.
Rotator cuff strength matters. But arm injuries in throwers usually start somewhere a 2-minute screen can't see: shoulder blade strength, motion the arm is missing, or a hip, mid-back, or ankle that isn't doing its job.
